Eduardo Cowley has been a partner and founder of companies related to construction and real estate development for more that 12 years. He has significant experience as an advisor to companies in the civil works, railway and technology sectors. For more than 15 years he served as legal advisor to the Ministry of the Presidency of the Republic and then to the Presidency of the Senate of Chile.

Advanced Program in Real Estate Asset Management at the IE Business School in Madrid 2023. He holds a master’s degree in governance and law from the Autónoma University in Madrid, a Post Degree in Business Administration from the Santa María de Chile University and a Law Degree from the Uniacc University in Chile and Salamanca in Spain.
